SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Rokhal Marketing LLC ("Rokhal Marketing," "we," "us") to people who have agreed to receive them.
1. Program description
If you opt in, Rokhal Marketing may send you text messages about your inquiry or account, such as replies to your questions, demo scheduling and reminders, quotes and follow-ups on our services, and service-related updates. 2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise giving us your express consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Rokhal Marketing at the phone number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us.
- Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Rokhal Marketing does not charge for text messages.
4. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] or [PHONE].
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
9. Messages sent for our clients
Rokhal Marketing also sets up texting tools (such as missed-call text-back, review requests and quote follow-up) for trades businesses. Those messages are sent by, and on behalf of, that business under its own consent process and terms. To stop them, reply STOP to that business's message or contact the business directly.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Our Terms of Service also apply.
