This Privacy Policy explains what information Rokhal Marketing LLC ("Rokhal Marketing," "we," "us") collects through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small marketing and web design business serving trades businesses in Bucks County, Bensalem and Morrisville, PA.

- Service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), telecommunications carriers and messaging providers, website hosting, and email providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Rokhal Marketing, our clients or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is reorganized, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers).
4. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may keep some records where the law requires it, such as consent and opt-out records.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Children
Our website and services are meant for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
